Eco Alternatives and CO2 Reduction

At the Umega Eco Community we research the latest eco alternatives and solutions to help people reduce their CO2 emissions. These are a series of practical steps, actions and eco alternatives that allow people to greatly improve their environmental credentials without greatly altering their behaviour.

These practical eco solutions and alternatives are aimed at saving people money (where possible) and helping them reduce their negative impact on the environment without significantly changing their lifestyles or behaviour. Umega’s track record in environmentally friendly residential lettings has helped us identify eco alternatives and areas where we can work with tenants and landlords to improve the environmental efficiency of their properties.

We are keen to extend this learning and these methods to all types of residential property and other areas for environmental improvements. Our knowledge base and range of eco alternatives is currently geared towards residential energy efficiency and heat efficiency but research is currently underway to look at waste reduction and greener transport.
